Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: April 25, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes the rules that apply to any person or entity (“you” or “Customer”) using the products and services (“Service”) provided by Banche Labs, Inc. (“Banche Labs”) and operated under the name Bounce House at bouncehouse.cloud. This Policy supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, the Bounce House Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. If any provision of this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless this Policy specifically states otherwise.
1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using the Service. This list is not exhaustive. You may not use the Service, or permit others to use the Service, to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
1.1 Spam and Unsolicited Messaging
Sending or facilitating the transmission of unsolicited bulk messages of any kind. Continuing to send messages to recipients who have opted out or otherwise indicated they do not wish to receive them. Using the Service to support, enable, or operate spam infrastructure.
1.2 Identity Falsification
Forging, altering, or misrepresenting message headers, sender information, or the origin of any communication processed through the Service. Engaging in phishing, spoofing, or impersonating any person or entity. Misrepresenting your affiliation with any person, entity, or organization.
1.3 System and Network Security Violations
Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data. Conducting port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or similar reconnaissance activities against any system without that system operator’s prior written consent. Launching or facilitating denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks. Transmitting or distributing viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious or harmful code. Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the Service or any third-party system.
1.4 Intellectual Property Infringement
Using the Service in any manner that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents.
1.5 Illegal Activities
Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to export control laws, sanctions regulations, and data protection laws.
1.6 Harmful or Objectionable Content
Using the Service to transmit, store, process, or distribute: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); content that promotes or incites violence or terrorism; content that constitutes harassment, threats, or intimidation directed at any individual or group; or defamatory content. Banche Labs is required by law to report the apparent distribution of CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
1.7 Reputational Harm
Using the Service in any manner that harms or could reasonably be expected to harm the reputation, goodwill, or business interests of Banche Labs.
2. Third-Party Service Interactions
The Service may interact with third-party services on your behalf, including but not limited to following verification links, completing OAuth flows, and extracting content from messages you have received. When using the Service to interact with third-party services:
(a) You must be authorized to access the target service under that service’s own terms of service or other applicable agreement.
(b) The interaction must complete flows initiated by your own actions. The Service is designed to finish what you started — for example, confirming a verification you triggered or completing a consent screen for an account you hold.
The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- Initiating new relationships with services you have no existing access to, such as mass account creation or automated registration;
- Interacting with services you have no relationship with, such as scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from services where you do not hold an account;
- Exceeding the scope of your existing authorization on a service, such as privilege escalation, unauthorized data access, or circumventing access controls.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party service the Service interacts with on your behalf.
3. No High-Risk Use
The Service may not be used in any application or situation where failure, fault, delay, or inaccuracy of the Service could lead to death, serious bodily injury, or significant physical or environmental damage. The Service is not designed for, and should not be relied upon as, the sole mechanism for authentication, access control, safety signaling, or decision-making in life-safety systems, critical infrastructure, medical devices, emergency services, or similarly high-stakes contexts.
4. Responsibility for End Users
You are responsible for any violation of this Policy by anyone who uses the Service through your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you provide access to the Service to your own customers or end users, you must ensure they are aware of and comply with this Policy. Using the Service to assist another person in an activity that would violate this Policy if performed by you is itself a violation of this Policy.
5. Monitoring
Banche Labs may, but is not obligated to, monitor use of the Service for compliance with this Policy. The absence of monitoring does not relieve you of your obligations under this Policy. Banche Labs may report any activity it suspects violates applicable law to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other third parties, and may disclose relevant account information in connection with such reporting.
6. Enforcement
Banche Labs may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of this Policy, with or without notice. Banche Labs is not obligated to provide a warning, cure period, or escalation path before taking action, though it may choose to do so. Banche Labs shall not be liable to you or any third party for exercising its rights under this Policy.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to abuse@bouncehouse.cloud.
8. Changes to This Policy
Banche Labs may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://bouncehouse.cloud/legal/acceptable-use-policy. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
